These Terms of Service apply to the use of the www.wandcases.com website of the WANDCASES brand and to orders placed through the website.

2. Use of the website

Users agree to use the website in accordance with the applicable legislation, the principle of good faith and these terms. False information, fraudulent transactions, use that threatens security and misuse are prohibited.

3. Products and orders

Product images, prices and descriptions are presented with reasonable care; colours may look different due to screen settings. For phone case orders, the device model and product options should be checked before ordering.

4. Payment, shipping and order issues

Payments are processed through secure payment providers. Shipping fees are shown at the payment step before the order is completed.

If a discrepancy in price, stock or order information is identified, the seller informs the buyer and the matter is resolved within the framework of the applicable legislation. This provision does not give the seller a unilateral right of cancellation without a legal basis. If performance of the order genuinely becomes impossible, the buyer is informed within three days of the seller becoming aware of it, and any payments collected, including delivery costs where applicable, are refunded within fourteen days at the latest.

5. Returns, withdrawal and made-to-order cases

All our phone cases are prepared specifically for each order after the order is received, according to the selected phone model and design. Where the conditions of the applicable legislation are met, the withdrawal exception under Article 15(1)(b) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation applies to these products. Return, exchange and defective product requests are handled in accordance with the Return & Exchange Policy, the Distance Sales Contract and the applicable consumer legislation. Where the exception does not apply, the statutory right of withdrawal is reserved, and statutory rights regarding defective goods are reserved for all products. Pre-order information is provided in the Preliminary Information Form.
