Return & Exchange Policy
At WANDCASES, every phone case is prepared for you according to the model and design you choose in your order. Below you will find the terms for made-to-order production, cancellation, the right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges.
1. Made to Order for You
All phone cases sold by WANDCASES are prepared to order; they are not shipped from a stock of finished products. Production takes place after your order is received, based on the phone model and design you selected.
Your case is prepared on the basis of the phone model, design, product type and any other available product options specified in your order.
Cases prepared specifically for your order in this way are, where they meet the conditions set out in the applicable legislation, considered goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.
2. Right of Withdrawal for Made-to-Order Cases
Under Article 15(1)(b) of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts concerning goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs.
WANDCASES cases prepared upon your order according to the phone model and design you selected fall within this exception where the conditions of the applicable legislation are met.
If cases within this scope have been produced in accordance with the selections in your order, returns or exchanges based on the right of withdrawal are not accepted for the following reasons:
- Changing your mind or no longer wanting the product after ordering.
- Not liking the selected design afterwards.
- Selecting the wrong phone model.
- Selecting the wrong design, product type or product option.
These terms do not remove your statutory rights regarding wrongly shipped or defective products.
3. Order Cancellation and Changes
Because our phone cases are produced to order, orders are put into production as soon as possible.
If production has not yet started, we can consider your cancellation or change request. Once production has started, it may not be possible to change the phone model, design, product type or other features.
To correct your order or request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@wandcases.com.
4. Faulty, Damaged or Defective Products
The withdrawal exception for made-to-order products does not affect your rights regarding defective goods under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
You can contact us in the following cases:
- A case for a phone model different from the one you ordered was sent.
- A design different from the one you selected was sent.
- There is a printing or production defect.
- The product was delivered damaged, faulty or incomplete.
- The product does not have the essential features specified at the time of order.
Your request will be reviewed and the necessary action will be taken in line with your statutory elective rights and the circumstances of the case. The review process does not leave the exercise of your statutory rights to our discretion.
5. Wrong Phone Model or Design Selection
Because each case is produced according to the preferences in your order, please check your phone model, design and other options before completing your order.
If the customer selects the wrong model, design or product option and the case is prepared in accordance with these selections, this is not a production or shipping error attributable to WANDCASES. For made-to-order cases within the statutory exception described above, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised due to the customer's wrong selection.
If you notice that you made a wrong selection, please contact us. If production has not started, we will check whether a change is possible. If production has been completed, we may consider whether an alternative can be offered as a matter of customer satisfaction, beyond our statutory obligations.
6. Colour Tone Differences
Phones, tablets and computer screens have different colour and brightness settings. The lighting in product photos and the natural characteristics of printing and production may also cause slight tone differences between the on-screen image and the physical product.
Reasonable colour differences that do not change the essential nature of the product are not, on their own, considered a production defect. If the product differs significantly from the specified features or qualifies as defective goods, your statutory rights are reserved.
7. Adapting the Design to the Phone Model
Because phone dimensions, camera areas and edge structures differ, slight differences in scale, cropping or placement may occur when the same design is applied to different cases.
Reasonable differences that result from adapting the design to the selected model and do not change the essential nature of the product are not, on their own, a production defect. If a design different from the one ordered is sent, or the product qualifies as defective goods, your statutory rights are protected.
8. Normal Wear and Tear
Depending on the duration and conditions of use, scratches, surface wear, colour changes or similar signs of use may appear over time. Such changes resulting from natural wear are not, on their own, a production defect.
Your statutory rights regarding defects present at the time of delivery and situations qualifying as defective goods under the applicable legislation are reserved.
9. How to Submit a Return or Exchange Request
If you believe your product has a production defect, damage, a shipping error or another problem, you can contact us at hello@wandcases.com.
To make the review easier, please share your order number, a short description of the problem and a photo or, if necessary, a video showing the problem. These documents support the process; their absence does not, on its own, remove your statutory rights.
After your request has been reviewed, you will be informed about the process and next steps.
10. Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not limit your mandatory rights under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Distance Contracts Regulation and other applicable rules.
The withdrawal exception for made-to-order production applies where the conditions of Article 15(1)(b) of the Regulation are met for the relevant product. Your statutory rights regarding defective goods are reserved.
The withdrawal terms for products and situations to which the exception does not apply are set out in the Distance Sales Contract and the Preliminary Information Form. Later updates to this policy do not retroactively restrict rights acquired in your earlier orders.
