wandcases is not directly responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. However, our customer support team will provide the necessary assistance and guidance regarding any issues that arise during the delivery process.

wandcases is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address/contact information.

For this reason, we recommend reviewing your delivery information before completing your order.

**8. Undelivered Shipments**

If a shipment is returned to wandcases because the customer refuses to accept the package, is unavailable at the delivery address, fails to respond to delivery attempts by the shipping carrier, or provides an incorrect/incomplete address, any additional shipping costs incurred may be charged to the customer.

If reshipment is requested, the customer may be required to pay the reshipment shipping fee.

**9. Damaged Packages**

If you notice any crushing, tearing, water damage, opening, or other damage to the package upon delivery, we recommend requesting the shipping carrier’s representative to prepare a damage report before accepting the package.

In cases of damaged deliveries, you may contact us as soon as possible and, if possible, provide photographs of both the package and the product.

**10. Reporting Missing or Incorrect Products**

If you believe your order contains missing, incorrect, or defective products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
